    • Strategized new features by integrating key stakeholder feedback resulting in agile feature roadmap leading to implementation of 30 feature sets
    • Led business requirement analysis for all new features by collaborating with design and engineering to solve user pain points
    • Managed a remote team of 4 engineers via detailed sprint planning, backlog grooming, and task prioritization
    • Developed and deployed email notification feature to alert users to status changes in real time. Rollout resulted in 266% annual increase in user accounts.
    • Responsible for rollout of offline module allowing U.S military contractors to utilize software in a secure environment.
    • Led user beta testing for 3 features ensuring positive customer relationships. Resulted in feedback at launch that update saved hours of work for users
    • Started user testing event series at local engineering colleges which created a pipeline of student users to identify issues and provide feedback on new features

    • Project leader for network engineering initiatives responsible for timelines management and collaboration across diverse key stakeholders including hardware vendors, installation technicians, and sales/marketing.
    • Led deployment of 20 free WiFi hotspots around Boston resulting in decreased traffic on existing cell sites and increased customer satisfaction and retention
    • Monitored the speed of each hotspot during heavy traffic after each site went live and rapidly coordinated troubleshooting and issue remediation resulting in flawless site health
    • Analyzed and synthesized network KPIs to create daily and weekly reports resulting in rapid detection of issues and implementation of solutions
